The space has a (2) 55” smart television, full outside kitchen area with 4 burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven and sink. It has a outside lounge area with swivel chairs, fire pit, outside bar area and a jacuzzi/hot tub. There is also a separate smoking lounge area. We also have a beautiful inside lounge area with black furniture, bar, full refrigerator, 4 televisions, full bathroom, karaoke and green flower wall for pictures. This space works well for birthday parties, meetings, baby showers, graduations, sports events etc.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
