About the Space
Area is suited for birthdays , reunions, or even lectures or presentations. There is a large open floor for the main event. You have access to two bathrooms and a semi furnished kitchen (microwave, compact refridgerator, coffeemaker, and sink. There is a dinette set (table and 4 chairs and lounge seat) in the kitchen. There are 10 chairs in the events room. A small speaker and microphone is available upon request. In the events room, one wall is mirrored. Smaller offices are available for more private conversations.

Health and Safety Measures
All surfaces are disinfected in compliance with local regulations. There are paper towels and hand soap at every sink. Garbage containers are emptied and replaced with a new liner.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
