About the Space
Our space is composed of one main home that has been decorated and muraled by the incredible Tola Home designers. The main house is bright, fun, and perfect for photo shoots. Step into the backyard and you'll be greeted by a double decker cowboy pool (the only one in the world) and a huge backyard that is fully fenced and has several artificial turf areas for outdoor activates like yoga or dance. You'll also find two vintage RV's in the backyard that are wood paneled and really pull you back into the 1950's, an era of analogue ingenuity and IRL meetups! The backyard is the perfect gathering space for you and your friends to have a photo shoot and then relax in the pool and share a meal on the huge picnic table. The main house is 2 bed & 1 bath, 700 s/f. The two RV's are each a 1 bed & 1 bath with 320 s/f. The backyard is approximately 8,000 s/f. This space is perfect for photo shoots, small events (under 30 people), yoga, and movie sets.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
