It has a large rollup door to allow a vehicle to pull into the space or just to get fresh air inside you could do pop-ups for your brand, teach a dance class or even host a meeting or listening party for a new album

We make sure the space is clean before and after bookings, there is also a broom and dustpan on hand in case of any spilled during the event as well as rags and hand soap and hand sanitizer
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
