We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Between each hire, we thoroughly vacuum and mop the space, the bathroom undergoes a full clean, and all surfaces are wiped down using Viraclean for effective disinfection. Additionally, we allow ample time for the space to be properly aired out before welcoming the next guest. This cleaning process ensures the space is fresh, sanitised, and ready for your use.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
