Cozy, insulated, soundproof room ideal for recording audio and video. Perfect for podcast, zoom calls, presentations, and self-taping auditions, or recording voice over, poetry, or songs. Included is a MAONO Caster mini recording deck that can be hooked up to your mobile phone or laptop for recordings. Also included are 2 microphones, headphones, a ring light and selfie stand for mobile phone. Additionally we have professional microphone jacks for recording deck equipment if needed. This is a self-service recording studio, no engineering or processing is included. Located within an artist studio loft, the recording studio is private and rents by the hour on flexible schedule. Professional artists at work in the loft and in other studios of the building. Within central area with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Carpet, insulated walls with acoustic foam tiles make for a quiet space. Window can be opened for fresh air and light or can be blocked with black foam insert. Kitchen onsite with refrigerator, microwave and water filter. Hi Speed Wifi included for any type of recorded media. Safe and secure building with free parking.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
