About the Space
The SEED Lodge is a 3000 square foot space with 9 bedrooms and a shared bathrooms, as well as a central gathering space with a kitchen island that seats 10. There is a mezzanine upstairs which is ideal to do yoga or chill out in. The lodge is ideal for film shoots or accommodations for large crews, small weddings and family reunions or gatherings, concerts and wellness retreats. The lodge sits on 56 acres of old growth maple forest, as well as fields with stunning sunsets that the Georgian Bay Area is known for. There is a landscaped back patio for outdoor events, as well as a sauna for guests to use.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
