At LOCKSTAR LOCALE, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use in accordance with the guidelines from local health authorities. Our cleaning process includes: Surface Disinfection: All high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, bookshelves, doorknobs, and light switches, are sanitized with approved disinfectants to eliminate germs and bacteria. Restroom Sanitation: Restroom facilities are cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily, with special attention to faucets, handles, and other frequently touched areas. Kitchen Sanitization: The mini kitchen, including countertops, appliances, and utensils, is cleaned and disinfected to maintain a safe food preparation area. Deep Cleaning: In addition to daily cleaning, the space undergoes regular deep cleaning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. By adhering to these procedures, we ensure that LOCKSTAR LOCALE remains a safe and welcoming environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
