Unique space for photoshoot / filming consisting of the entireity of the sub-basement level of a Georgian townhouse in Bath- includes a large unfurnished basement room area with whitewashed walls and original flagstone flooring+ 2x wine cellars to the rear also with original flooring. (Items in storage down there can/will be moved as required in advance of any booking) The spaces measure: * Main Basement Room = 590cm x 450cm (ceiling height 240cm) * Wine Cellar 1 (with boxes in it) = 270cm X 170cm (ceiling height 220cm) * Wine Cellar 2 = 152cm X 175cm (ceiling height 230cm) * Hallway Space/Stairwell = 260cm X 420cm (ceiling height 220cm) There is power access down there, and some mains powered lighting - no natural lighting as there are no windows. Questions welcome. Please kindly note, access in/out the sub basement location for hire is through the basement which is a residence. Access to the basement and sub-basement requires the use of steep stairs (three flights in total). There is no access to water or toilet facilities in the sub-basement, but the host can accomodate this in the residence at basement level as required.
