We are an event and studio space located in Oak Cliff. We host many different events/parties ranging from birthday parties, baby shower, bridal showers, pop-ups, art galleries, paint and sips, and more. The space fits 65 seated guests comfortably and up to 85 standing. Our space has a bar area to serve refreshments, food, drinks, etc. as well as a prep or storage area with a microwave and food assembly table. Guests are allowed to bring in outside vendors, food and or alcoholic beverages. Before the event is complete guests must remove all decor from the venue space and must take out all trash. Trash must be disposed of in the dumpster located on the side of the building. Guests must take down tables and chairs and place them in the space as they were found.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
