There is a large kitchen with an island which is great for cooking and entertaining. Back entertainment room which has a small kitchen. Can work as an entertainment room or a small studio. Large outside space in both the back and the front. Outdoor shower. Trampoline. 4 bedrooms, one set up as an office. Vaulted ceilings in upstairs bedrooms. Large bathroom utility room. Billiard/Pool room bar in the garage can be used for billiards, watching sports or just hanging out. We have had small 9 ball poll tournaments. Great for a "guys night" type party.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
