    The Flower House is an old 1800’s warehouse converted into state of the art recording studio tucked away in the nations capital. The studio features a wide range of vintage and modern gear and is perfect for recording sessions, vocal production, writing + mixing , photo + video shoots, podcast + voice over work, and so much more. Nearby music venues include Echostage, 9:30 Club, Atlantis, Songbyrd... An experienced engineer/ producer will be specifically assigned based on your project to help assist you with whatever you might need while at the studio.     Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
