Located off Beallsville Road less than a mile north of 28 (Darnestown Road), this 4800 square foot warehouse space boast a number of features. Three automatic power doors make loading and unloading simple. The concrete floors contain drains. In one corner, there is an informal lounge and meeting area with a smart Roku television. Additionally, there is a loft space with stair access located in the warehouse which the owner will likely use for farming. Please inquire about this area specifically. The space includes a completely enclosed finished office accessible through a door, containing a new epoxy floor and bright white walls — a separate living and/or dining space, complete with a kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave, and oven) and full bathroom and dryer. Ongoing upgrades include; 1) Refurbishing commercial air compressor 2) Insulating metal walls with insulating panels for temperature control 3) Gutter system with external rain catchment tank

Professional cleaning occurs between bookings. Non-office warehouse space has crease openings between roof and metal walls and is exposed to outdoors — this will be weatherproofed and insulated in Winter/Spring 2025.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
