These are not just decorations, they are sentimental treasures and my personal art supplies! Please do not take anything! If anything is found to be missing, you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement and incur a hefty fine. ➤OVERTIME Load-In/Load-Out and Set-Up/Tear-Down will be be included in your booking time. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to find parking. 𝗢𝗱𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Reach out to discuss availability beyond listed booking windows 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲: 1.5x the original hourly rate, charged in 1-hour increments ➤BASICS • 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻-𝗨𝗽: With the exception of overnight projects, all items brought into the studio must leave with you, including trash. • 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Items may be moved, but must be returned to their original positions at check-out. A $150 fee applies for violations. • 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴: The studio is not soundproof. If needed, you must bring your own tools to do so. ✘𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: • No Alcohol, smoking, drugs, or illegal activity • No smoke machines • Keep sound at a reasonable volume ✔︎𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱: • Nudity (with care and respect for the space) • Use of the sound system ➤MAXIMUM CAPACITY The maximum crew capacity for Alchemy Loft is 14 people. This includes all guests, crew members, and participants. For larger groups or special accommodations, please reach out in advance to discuss potential options. ➤DECORATIONS You may bring your own props and decorations, but: • No damage to walls, floors, mirrors, or furnishings (no nails, screws, staples, etc.) • Only use tape or gummed materials that can be fully removed. • No glitter, feathers, pigments, or materials that leave residue or create small debris ➤FIRE ESCAPE/BALCONY While you may sit on the windowsill, LAFD regulations prohibit using the fire escape or balcony for non-emergency purposes. Please do not sit or stand on the structure itself.
