Our team follows a thorough cleaning process before, during, and after each booking: Pre-booking Clean: Each space is professionally cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch surfaces, floors, and common areas. Ongoing Maintenance: We ensure that all facilities are kept tidy and restocked with essentials like hand sanitizers and paper products. Post-booking Clean: After each event, the space is thoroughly cleaned again to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Special Focus: We pay extra attention to shared spaces such as restrooms, kitchen areas, and seating arrangements, ensuring all spaces are safe, welcoming, and ready for your use. Your comfort and safety are our priority, and we are committed to providing a clean and inviting atmosphere for every guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
