Our professional cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes and prepares the space before and after each booking to ensure a pristine environment. Before Your Event: The venue is deep-cleaned, with all surfaces, floors, and restrooms sanitized. Tables, chairs, and event spaces are set up according to your specifications. During Your Event: Our staff ensures common areas remain tidy, restrooms are stocked, and trash is managed as needed. After Your Event: A full post-event cleanup is conducted, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
