About the Space
This is a creative space designed and managed by visual artists for visual artists. This open concept 1,200 sq ft space includes a 15ftx15ft cyclorama wall, an electric paper drop with varying paper color options, 3 sets, a hangout space for the production team, a kitchenette, a unisex bathroom, a flex space changing area, and options to rent in house gear and lighting. For the Production Team there is an office with an editing suite, pro grade printer & scanner and gear storage.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is properly cleaned and disinfected between each booking. Proper maintenance is done to the cyclorama wall including sweeping, mopping, and scheduled paint touch ups.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
