About Studio Noir Studio Noir is a modern, stylish music and podcast studio located in the tranquil and calm area of Nottawa, minutes away from downtown Collingwood. Our space has been designed with artists, creators, and visionaries in mind, offering the perfect environment for high-quality recording, production, and collaboration. Originally an industrial warehouse, Studio Noir has been carefully transformed into a soundproof, state-of-the-art studio, blending vintage charm with sleek, contemporary design. Space & Layout The studio is fully equipped with professional-grade audio equipment, offering multiple areas for different types of work. The main recording space features a spacious live room, perfect for solo artists, bands, or podcast hosts. We also have a comfortable lounge area where you can relax, brainstorm, or prepare for your next recording session. We offer easy access points for loading equipment, and parking is conveniently available on site. Booking & Special Rates Studio Noir is available for hourly or daily bookings. For larger events or additional attendees, custom rates can be arranged. We aim to offer affordable and transparent pricing to suit a variety of needs. Services Studio Noir has the pleasure of hosting a range of projects, from music albums, EP's or singles as well as audio and video podcasts. We also can provide corporate voiceovers and live-streaming events. Whether you're recording your next hit single, producing a podcast episode, or working on an exciting creative project, Studio Noir offers the ideal space to bring your vision to life.

Studio Noir Cleaning Process At Studio Noir, we take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. Here's an overview of our cleaning process: 1. Post-Booking Cleaning After each booking, our team thoroughly cleans the studio to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. This includes sanitizing all surfaces, including recording equipment, desks, chairs, and high-touch areas. 2. High-Touch Areas Sanitized We pay extra attention to frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and equipment controls, using professional-grade disinfectants. 3. Equipment Care Our studio equipment, such as microphones, headphones, and audio gear, is cleaned and sanitized between each session to ensure a pristine experience for every guest. 4. Restroom and Common Areas The restroom and common areas are cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. We provide hand sanitizers and wipes for your convenience. 5. Trash and Recycling We ensure that all trash and recycling are disposed of appropriately before and after each session. There are designated bins throughout the studio to make cleanup easy for guests during their time with us. 6. Ongoing Maintenance In addition to the regular post-booking cleaning, we conduct routine maintenance and deep cleaning on a monthly basis to keep the studio in top shape for all future bookings. We want you to feel comfortable and confident during your time at Studio Noir, and our cleaning process is designed to maintain a clean and safe space for everyone. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
