Cleaning Protocol for GLOBAL Healing Creative Arts Therapy Studio To maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests, we ask that you follow the cleaning protocol outlined below after using the studio space: 1. General Clean-Up: Remove all personal items and equipment brought into the space. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If bins are full, please tie up the bag and place it in the outdoor trash container (instructions provided on-site). Recycle any appropriate items in the designated recycling bins. 2. Surfaces & Furniture: Wipe down tables, chairs, and countertops with the cleaning supplies provided. Clean any spills or stains immediately to prevent damage. Return all furniture and décor to their original positions. 3. Floors: Sweep or vacuum the floors, especially in areas where food or craft materials were used. Mop any areas that have been dirtied or stained (mop and supplies are available in the cleaning closet). 4. Bathrooms: Ensure bathrooms are left tidy: flush toilets, wipe down any surfaces if needed, and check that no personal items are left behind. 5. Kitchenette (if used): Wash and dry any dishes, utensils, or appliances used during your event. Wipe down countertops and appliances like the microwave, coffee maker, or fridge. Remove any leftover food or drinks from the fridge. 6. Final Check: Turn off all lights, appliances, and equipment before leaving. Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
