It's an open space with private equipment storage in the entry. A limited amount of stands, grip, and lighting are included in the rental price, tables and chairs are included, with easy seating for up to 10 people. More seating will be provided if requested. A makeup station with large mirror is provided, as is a small steamer, a garment rack, and a quality speaker for music. Parking is easy with a QR code to access the main parking lot with no assigned spaces. Also conveniently located by the Brooklyn Navy Yard Ferry Terminal, and multiple bus routes going along Flushing Ave and through the Navy Yard itself. BNY shuttles are also available from nearby subway stations.
