The layout gives you a range of looks within one booking—from a dramatic sunken lounge to a bright bedroom alcove, retro kitchen, dining vignette, wallpapered hallway, private bathroom, and a private outdoor patio area. Furniture and decor can be repositioned as needed, making the space easy to adapt for different concepts. What’s Included: • Sunken Lounge: Large teal velvet sectional, blush chair, glass and walnut coffee table, butterfly artwork, record console, and ornate gold ceiling details. • Vintage Fireplace Area: Dramatic black fireplace with white brick surround and peacock artwork (SmartArt TV so image can be changed)—one of the most distinctive backdrops in the space. Fireplace has electric logs. • Bedroom Alcove: Velvet teal upholstered bed, patterned wallpaper, gold architectural details, and direct patio access. • Kitchen: Clean white kitchen with stainless appliances, decorative tile, and mid-century accents. • Dining Area: Round gold-trimmed table, teal chairs, and starburst wall detail. • Hallway: Patterned feature wall, white louvered doors & closets, brass hardware, and additional gold ceiling trim. • Private Bathroom: Navy vanity, brass fixtures, gold-framed mirror, and peacock shower curtain. • Private Patio: Outdoor shooting area with seating and decorative greenery, offering another distinct look. Additional Details: • Flexible Setup: Furniture may be moved carefully for shoots and returned to its original position afterward. • Multiple Looks: The space is intentionally designed to offer several visually different backdrops within one location. • Natural Light: The bedroom receives direct natural light through the large glass patio doors, with additional daylight filtering into the kitchen form the exterior glass door. The lounge and kitchen receive some natural light, but are supplemented with installed ceiling and accent lighting. • Ceiling Height: Some areas are under 7 feet, so please consider this for larger equipment or taller setups. • Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to approximately 4 cars or 3 trucks. • Private Access: The production space includes its own bathroom and direct access to the outdoor patio. • Main-Level Availability: The light, bright main level of the home may also be available upon request for an additional fee. Booking Notes: The space works well for photography, filming, interviews, brand content, editorial shoots, music-related content, lifestyle campaigns, boudoir shots, and other small productions. Pornography, and extreme violence are not permitted. Space is separate from main house for privacy. Because the space has several distinctive areas and lower ceiling sections, pre-booking tours are welcome and recommended for larger or more complex productions.
