Welcome to our spacious carriage house, built in the 1890s on the grounds of our carpenter gothic Victorian home. The carriage house is a beautifully raw space, with exposed brick, thick wooden beams, and large sliding doors with gothic leaded glass windows. The carriage house features 2 large open spaces, that flow nicely together or can be separated by a floor to ceiling sliding wood and glass door (originally to keep the horses on one side and the carriages on the other) Soaring 14 foot ceilings give the space a real sense of drama, and the interior is filled with interesting textures of wood, brick, chippy paint and cast iron. Poured concrete floors for ease of movement. A beautiful industrial space for photo shoots, small weddings, dinner parties, etc.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
