* **Professional Cleaning:** The entire home is cleaned and inspected between every reservation to ensure it is fresh and ready for your arrival.
* **Sanitized High-Touch Surfaces:** Frequently touched areas—including door handles, light switches, countertops, appliance handles, faucets, remote controls, and bathroom fixtures—are thoroughly disinfected.
* **Fresh Linens & Towels:** All bed linens, blankets, pillowcases, bath towels, and kitchen towels are professionally laundered after every guest.
* **Kitchen Deep Cleaning:** Countertops, sinks, appliances, cookware, dishes, and dining areas are cleaned and sanitized before each stay.
* **Bathroom Sanitization:** Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including toilets, showers, tubs, vanities, mirrors, and floors.
* **Floor Care:** All hard floors are vacuumed, swept, and mopped, while rugs are vacuumed to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
* **Quality Inspection:** Before each check-in, the home undergoes a final inspection to verify cleanliness, functionality, and that all guest amenities have been replenished.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
