This natural-light photography and video studio is ideal for portrait sessions, brand shoots, lifestyle content, and creative productions seeking an organic, elevated aesthetic. The space is an all-glass greenhouse that captures beautiful, soft diffused light from sunrise to sunset. Its south-facing orientation provides consistent daylight, while the main backdrop is positioned with the sun behind it for flattering, even illumination. Filled with vintage and botanical details, the greenhouse offers a naturally styled setting that photographs beautifully straight out of camera. Every corner features unique textures—plants, antique pieces, and rustic accents—that can be rearranged to create multiple vignettes in one shoot. During November and December, the greenhouse transforms into a holiday backdrop with decorated trees, greenery, and seasonal props. Photographers are welcome to use our curated décor or bring their own for customized mini sessions and brand content. Guests have access to a bathroom on-site for convenience during production days. Small décor and props may be gently moved for styling, but all items must be returned to their original locations. Furniture and permanent wall décor must remain in place. Please handle all vintage items and plants with care. The property is generally quiet, though you may occasionally hear light sounds from the nearby road or neighboring properties. Since we are a rustic barn and greenhouse venue, we take extra care to perform a thorough cleaning between events. Our dedicated team cleans and sanitizes all surfaces, including floors, tables, and restrooms, to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment. We also ensure that any high-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches, are properly disinfected. In addition to standard cleaning, we maintain the unique charm of the barn by ensuring that it remains well-kept and comfortable for your event. Our goal is to provide a pristine space for your celebration while preserving the rustic atmosphere you’ll love.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
