Cleaning Process for the Luxe Co-Work & Podcast Studio Keeping the space clean and inviting for every guest is a priority. Please follow this simple cleaning process before leaving: 1. General Tidying ✅ Return furniture & decor to its original position. ✅ Wipe down all surfaces (table, chairs, and countertops) with provided disinfectant wipes or cleaner. ✅ Throw away all trash in the designated bin. 2. Kitchen & Refreshments Area (If Applicable) ✅ Dispose of any leftover food & drinks (no leaving perishable items behind). ✅ Wash & return any used glassware or dishes to their place. ✅ Wipe down the tray, coasters, and any shared amenities. 3. Tech & Equipment Check (If Used) ✅ Turn off & unplug any recording or charging devices. ✅ Neatly store any borrowed microphones, cables, or props. ✅ Report any damages or malfunctions to the host. 4. Floors & Final Check ✅ Pick up any fallen items, paper, or debris. ✅ Ensure the rug is clean and properly positioned. ✅ Double-check that all personal belongings are taken. 5. Locking Up & Exiting ✅ Turn off lights before leaving. ✅ Ensure windows and doors are locked (if self-checkout). ✅ Send a quick message to confirm checkout and report any issues. 🚨 Extra Cleaning Fee Notice: A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is left excessively dirty or requires deep cleaning. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
