Fabre Studios – Booking Options & Inclusions We offer two flexible booking options to suit your production needs: 1. Space Rental Without Production – $375/hr (2-hour minimum) If you prefer to bring your own crew, you can rent our studio space and take full advantage of our professionally designed environment while using your own team and equipment. What’s Included: ✔ Access to four professionally designed sets ✔ Use of makeup station, changing room, and green screens ✔ Full access to our control room for seamless production management ✔ Studio lighting setup (pre-installed, no adjustments) ✔ Optional in-studio gear rentals available Perfect For: Independent film productions Content creators with their own crew Photography and product shoots Podcasts, interviews, and virtual events 2. Space Rental With Production Support – Starting at $500/hr (2-hour minimum) For those who need full production support, our team will handle the technical aspects of your shoot, including camera operation, lighting, and audio to ensure a professional, high-quality result. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. We clean our studio on a daily bases as well as in between bookings ensure a great customer experience.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
