Come host your event in our big backyard! Next to the pool is a large green lawn surrounded by trees, flowers, and garden beds with a floral arch. There is a fire pit with seating in one corner opposite the large porch with an outdoor sofa and a granite dinner table and chairs. Backyard lighting around the perimeter and patio adds to evening ambience. This space is perfect for: Rehearsal dinners Wedding and baby showers Graduation parties Family celebrations Outdoor business offsite meeting Company retreat Photo shoots Features: Large comfortable L shaped outdoor sofa and swivel chair Fire pit and seating Pool loungers Space for tables, seating and serving Gas grill with prep tops One indoor bathroom for guest use Additional options available: Rectangle portable tables that seat 8 White folding chairs Tea party items (tea pots, tea cups, linens) Ping pong table Yard games Hammock We have a side entrance near our garage but coming through our renovated home can feel more welcoming. All set up and tear down is included in total rental time. Overage will be charged in 30 minimum increments.

Outdoor spaces are mowed, blown and/or swept. All seating and tables are cleaned between events. The bathroom is sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
