Our event space is versatile and perfect for a variety of activities, including birthday parties, baby showers, private events, meetings, photo shoots banquets, and repasses. We chose the name to reflect the flexible nature and versatile use of the venue. The layout consists of three distinct areas designed to accommodate various needs. The main open area features a spacious design and is equipped with a 65” TV and a Bluetooth speaker, making it ideal for presentations or entertainment. Adjacent to this is the second area, which includes amenities such as a sink, microwave, and refrigerator—perfect for catering needs or food preparation. Additionally, there is a private, spacious bathroom for added convenience. The third room serves as a private office, offering a quiet space for meetings or focused work during your event. Additionally, there is a private, spacious bathroom for added convenience. We provide both round and rectangular tables, along with chairs, to suit your preferred seating arrangement. Food warmers and cloth tablecloths are available for rent, adding a touch of elegance to any event. The space can comfortably seat at least 45 to 50 people, making it an excellent choice for gatherings of all sizes. Unique features of our space include the modern audiovisual setup, ample natural light, and flexible configurations, allowing you to tailor the environment to suit your specific event needs.

Initial Assessment: We evaluate the space to identify areas that need immediate attention, such as spills or debris. Debris Removal: We start by clearing away any trash, leftover food, and decorations to create a clean slate. Surface Wipe-Down: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and counters, are wiped down to remove stains and sticky residues. Floor Cleaning: We sweep, and mop hard floors to eliminate dirt and spills. Restroom Sanitization: Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, focusing on toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Final Touches: We ensure that all areas are tidy, trash bins are emptied, and everything is in order. Quality Check: A final walkthrough ensures that the space is clean and ready for use again. Our goal is to restore the venue to its original condition quickly and efficiently!
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
