About the Space
Our backyard and deck are perfect for weddings, birthday parties, concerts, or any other special occasion to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. We built this fun vibe location for our COVID wedding and have had it rented for multiple weddings, baby showers, gender reveals, birthdays, etc. We have outdoor Urenal and toilet, as well as an optional fully renovated RV with full hookups for larger events. We have a 5 person hammock, porch swing, sun shades, umbrellas, some tables and chairs, propane fireplace, 2 classy natural fire pits, etc. We are in the heart of midtown with minimal neighbors so events aren’t limited by noise. Additionally, we have a ton of outdoor games available: ping pong, Cornhole, Sandy Pickle (pickleball meets Volleyball), mega jenga, mega connect4, etc. Highly encourage

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
