We have hosted HBO, and SHOWTIME shoots, as well as facilitated guest speakers and lecturers, Classes, and Live podcasts. We also have some photography and video lighting, along a complete audio board, mixer, and microphones. The apartment itself is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a total of 11 windows. It is a 2 1/2 walk-up flight of stairs.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
