Welcome to Studio Lumina! We furnished this creative photo space for photographers, videographers, brands, and influencers in mind. This 1200 sq ft corner studio has incredible wall to wall floor to ceiling windows, providing an abundance of natural light, with the best view of the Boston Skyline of any studio in the city. This studio is on the 5th floor of an exclusive building - far above the noise of the street, no noisy neighbors, and limitless free parking. Because of this, we request each client to leave the space in the same state that you found it in. This includes wiping down all kitchen surfaces, moving any furniture or props back to their original location, and using the vacuum as needed. If the space is left unclean or disorganized, we retain discretion to charge a cleaning fee of $150 or more. All cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink and in Bathroom #1.
