Located in the heart of Detroit Metropolitan area, this home is a 15 minute drive from the heart of downtown Detroit and less than 10 minutes from Berkley, Ferndale, and Royal Oak. Filled with vintage look and feel, this home is available for fulfilling any content creation needs like commercial or creative film/videoshoots, photography sessions, and cooking demonstrations. If desired, this space is also available to host small gatherings and creative culinary workshops. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom are available for use. I hope you find yourself right at home when stepping inside this eclectic space! *To ensure the best experience, please place booking requests at least 5 business days before your reservation date. Pre-Clean Inspection - Check for any damage, lost items, or excessive mess. - Remove trash and debris from all areas. Surface Cleaning & Sanitization - Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, countertops, and high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches). - Disinfect kitchen and bathroom surfaces with appropriate cleaning products. Floor Care - Vacuum carpets and rugs. - Sweep and mop hard floors with disinfectant. Restocking & Resetting - Replace used linens, towels, or disposable items as needed. - Restock toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies. - Rearrange furniture and décor to original setup. Final Inspection - Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed. - Check for forgotten items left by guests. - Secure all doors and windows before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
