We take pride in ensuring this mountain retreat is spotless and welcoming for every guest. Before your arrival, our cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes all high-touch surfaces—doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and remotes—using eco-friendly, disinfectant products. The kitchen and bathrooms, including the studio’s bathroom and kitchenette, are deep-cleaned, with appliances wiped down and fixtures polished. Fresh linens and towels are provided, laundered at high temperatures for maximum cleanliness. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and the jacuzzi is drained, scrubbed, and refilled with fresh water. Outdoor areas like the deck are swept and checked for debris. We aim to deliver a pristine space so you can focus on your production without worry.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
