Cleaning & Sanitization Process We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all guests. The space is cleaned and sanitized regularly, with high-touch surfaces disinfected before and after events. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available for guest use. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including returning furniture to its original setup and disposing of trash in designated bins. We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean and ready for the next guest! Let us know if you have any special cleaning requests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
