Our Cleaning Process We prioritize cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Our cleaning process includes: ✅ Thorough Cleaning & Disinfection– All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, tables, and chairs) are sanitized before and after each booking using EPA-approved disinfectants. ✅ Deep Cleaning of Kitchen & Dining Areas The kitchen is fully cleaned after every use, including all appliances, countertops, and utensils. We provide fresh dishware, sanitized cookware, and clean linens for each event. ✅ Bathroom Sanitization – The shared bathroom is disinfected between bookings, with fresh towels, hand soap, and paper products provided. ✅ Ventilation & Air Quality– We air out the space before and after each event to promote fresh airflow and maintain a comfortable indoor atmosphere. ✅ Trash & Recycling – All trash is removed after each booking, and recycling is separated properly. ✅ Professional Cleaning Between Events – In addition to our in-house cleaning routine, we schedule professional cleanings as needed to maintain the highest standards. We are committed to providing a spotless, well-maintained space so you can focus on enjoying your event with peace of mind! 💫

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
