Casa di Amani Studio - Cleaning & Sanitization Process At Casa di Amani Studio, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Our cleaning process is designed to maintain the highest standards before and after each rental. What We Do After Every Booking: 🧼 Deep Cleaning & Sanitization All high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs, and props, are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaners. Floors are vacuumed and mopped to remove dust, debris, and footprints. 🛋 Furniture & Equipment Reset Any furniture or equipment used during the rental is wiped down and repositioned to its original setup. Soft furnishings (such as seating and rugs) are vacuumed and sprayed with fabric-safe disinfectant. 📸 Photography & Production Areas All studio gear, including backdrops, lighting equipment, and props, is cleaned and stored properly after use. Mirrors and glass surfaces are polished to maintain a spotless look. 🚻 Restroom & Common Areas The bathroom is restocked with essentials and thoroughly cleaned after each booking. Trash is emptied, and common spaces are tidied to ensure a fresh start for the next guest. Guest Responsibility & Cleaning Fees 💵 Cleaning Fee A mandatory cleaning fee is included in all bookings to cover professional sanitization and maintenance. If the space is left excessively dirty (e.g., spills, trash left behind, heavy furniture moved without being reset), additional cleaning fees may apply. 🚮 Before You Leave: To help maintain the space, we kindly ask guests to: ✅ Place all trash in designated bins. ✅ Wipe down any surfaces if spills occur. ✅ Return furniture to its original position. ✅ Take all personal belongings with you. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
