Health and Safety Measures
Upon arrival, we will do a walk-through of the entire property with the guest. We encourage production teams to take photos upon arrival as well. We expect production teams to return the space to the state they found it in. In most instances, that means hiring professional cleaners to come in on the tail end of their shoots to clean the space thoroughly. This is the guest's obligation.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
