House is 2400 sq ft including a loft with spiral staircase. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and music themed decor including jukebox box, piano and pool table with music posters on the walls. The house is adjacent to World Famous New Orleans music club Tipitina’s at Napoleon and Tchoupitoulas. They have amazing local and national live music acts nearly every weekend and more. When there’s a show, we may be able to offer a “Super VIP” experience like backstage access and even artists meet and greets. One of the best parts of the house is the very large and well appointed back yard. There are covered and open patio sections with lots of built in seating, tables and a bar. There’s also an upper deck off the loft bedroom! We’ve had all kinds of events in this yard over the years including crawfish boils, live music and corporate events and dinners.
