Our spacious 200m² studio is designed to accommodate a variety of productions, including photo shoots, video productions. With its 4-meter-high ceilings, the space offers versatility, making it perfect for double-set productions for example. The studio features a large white cyclorama (7m wide, 3,50m deep), with the option to control natural light or fully black out the space, providing maximum flexibility for different creative needs. A spacious dressing room with a makeup and styling station ensures comfort for models and talent, while a lounge area and fully equipped kitchen create a relaxed working environment. Additional amenities include WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker, folding tables and chairs, clothing racks with hangers, steamers et iron, and ample power outlets (including 2 Marechal 63A and 12 x 16A sockets). A loading dock provides easy access for equipment transport, making logistics smooth and efficient. This adaptable and fully equipped studio is ideal for commercial shoots, editorial projects, fashion photography, video interviews, advertising campaigns, and content creation. The modular layout allows for easy customization to fit your specific production needs.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
