We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for every guest. After each booking, our team follows a thorough cleaning process to ensure the venue is fresh and ready for the next event: Sweeping and mopping all floors to remove dust and debris Wiping down and sanitizing high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, and door handles Refreshing photo sets to keep them in top condition Emptying trash bins and ensuring waste is properly disposed of Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and leaving the space in the same condition as when they arrived. A cleaning fee may be applied if excessive mess or damage occurs. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space enjoyable for everyone!
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
