Our cleaning process includes: • Deep Cleaning Before and After Each Booking • All high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, and shared equipment, are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning products. • Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized to maintain a fresh environment. • Restroom Sanitation • Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies before each event. • Ventilation & Air Quality • The space is well-ventilated, and air purifiers may be used as needed to maintain air quality. • Trash & Waste Disposal • Trash bins are provided, and all waste is removed after each booking. Guests are encouraged to place trash in designated bins before departure. • Hand Sanitization & Cleaning Supplies • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the space for guest use. • Cleaning wipes and basic supplies are available upon request for any in-event needs. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
