🧼 Daily Cleaning Checklist (Before Opening, Midday, and After Closing) 🕘 Before Opening ✅ Wipe down all simulator surfaces (wheel, shifter, seat, pedals) with non-alcohol-based electronics wipes or diluted isopropyl wipes (70% max) to avoid damaging rubber or plastic. ✅ Vacuum or sweep around rigs and customer lounge areas. ✅ Clean monitor screens using microfiber cloths and screen-safe spray. ✅ Disinfect high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, iPads/tablets, keyboards). ✅ Refill hand sanitizer stations near every simulator. 🕛 Midday Refresh (especially on busy days) ✅ Quick wipe-down of steering wheels and shifters between sessions. ✅ Check for drink spills or trash near coffee areas or rigs. ✅ Empty trash bins if halfway full. 🌙 After Closing ✅ Deep clean simulator seats and touchpoints. ✅ Vacuum/mop all floors (especially under rigs and around coffee shop tables). ✅ Sanitize shared headsets, gloves, or accessories.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
