With both a sophisticated indoor space and a private outdoor courtyard, you get multiple distinct backdrops inside a single booking. Perfect for restaurant scenes, date-night setups, or high-end talk-show style interviews. • The Creative Gathering Area: Features a long wooden communal table that works wonderfully for lifestyle shoots, corporate team scenes, or overhead product videography. • The Private Courtyard: An outdoor oasis featuring rich wood accent walls, round tables, and a beautiful decorative statement door. This area offers exceptional natural daylight throughout the afternoon. Production Features & Logistics • Natural Light: Large front windows provide beautiful, soft ambient light. • Crew Capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 75 people including crew and talent. • Load-In: Easy street-level access makes it simple to roll in heavy gear, light stands, and camera carts. • Restrooms & Makeup Space: Dedicated indoor restrooms are available for cast and crew changes. Location Rules & Film Permits • Permits: In accordance with the City of Fullerton, all commercial video and television productions must secure their own city film permit prior to shoot day. • Base Rate: Our posted rate covers standard crews of up to 15 people. For large cast and crew sizes (16 to 75 people), please message us directly for custom tiered pricing.

We take great pride in providing a pristine, high-end environment for your events, meetings, and productions. Our 1,700-square-foot venue is deep-cleaned and sanitized before and after every booking. Cleaning Fee Policy & Checkout Our team handles the heavy deep cleaning so you can head home stress-free! Our fees depend on your venue usage: • Standard Event Cleaning ($150): Covers full post-event deep sanitizing, floor care, trash, and etc. • Incurred Charges: Additional charges are required if you request to use our wine glassware and dishes/utensils. Covers delicate washing, polishing, and restocking by our staff. Guest Checkout Responsibilities: Before checking out, guests must complete these quick steps: • Decorations & Food: Pack up and remove all personal decorations and leftover outside food. • Trash: Place all trash into the provided bins. If trash does not fit, place it neatly inside tied trash bags next to the bins. • Dishes (if applicable): Place all used food dishes inside the designated black bins or the large kitchen sink. • Glassware (if applicable): Gather and place all venue glassware neatly on the bar counter.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
