About the Space
Our space has a big open entrance area with a small stage. This area could be good for small parties, yoga classes, music recitals, game nights, karaoke, filming location, podcasting, small pop-up events, and many other events. For seated events like concerts, comedy nights, or small church congregations we have chairs that can be added to your rental as well as optional PA speakers with Bluetooth connection, microphones, and piano. We also have 4 small rooms which can be used for musical instrument practice, music lessons, tutoring, and study. Lastly we have one bigger room that could be used for smaller group activities including meetings, band practice, group lessons, a home school location, therapy, and massage.

Rental space will be mopped, vacuumed, and disinfected between each rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
