Our salon is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure a safe and professional environment for all guests. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all high-touch surfaces, styling stations, shampoo bowls, restrooms, and common areas. Salon tools and equipment are disinfected between each use, and fresh capes and towels are always provided. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space. We ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave the space in the same condition it was found to maintain a welcoming experience for everyone. If your event requires additional cleaning support during or after your booking, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
