Cleaning Process for the CEO Set at Finchley Studio To ensure a hygienic, professional, and camera-ready environment for every client, our studio follows a strict cleaning protocol before and after each booking. 1. Pre-Booking Deep Clean Surfaces & High-Touch Areas: All desks, chairs, equipment, and door handles are disinfected with antibacterial spray. Floor & Carpets: Vacuumed and spot-cleaned to remove dust or debris. Backdrops & Props: Wiped down or steamed to ensure a flawless appearance on camera. Tech Equipment: Microphones, cameras, and lighting rigs are sanitised with appropriate cleaning solutions. 2. During Your Booking Disposable Wipes & Sanitiser are provided for quick touch-ups. Bin Replacement: Waste bins are emptied upon request to maintain tidiness. 3. Post-Booking Reset Full Surface Sanitisation: All furniture and equipment are cleaned again. Cable & Tech Check: Wires are neatly coiled, and gear is inspected for damage. Air Purification: The space is ventilated, and an air purifier runs between bookings if needed. Client Responsibilities Dispose of any personal waste (e.g., coffee cups, notes) in provided bins. Report spills or accidents immediately to staff for prompt cleaning. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
