About MiniMix Studio
We are an event studio located in Ellicott City, Maryland. Our child friendly venue offers over 2,000 square feet of flexible space, featuring an open concept layout, a cozy parent lounge, a dedicated playroom, a kitchenette, two restrooms, a play room and a private party room. Party attendants are available upon request to help make your event extra special. ⸻ Rules & Policies • Maximum capacity is 60 guests. Absolutely no gatherings over 60 people are permitted. • For night events where alcohol is present, hired licensed security is required. This includes BYOB events. Security must be arranged in advance and approved prior to the event. • Night events are defined as events ending after 8:00 PM. • Absolutely no smoking, hookah, or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. • MiniMix Studio reserves the right to require security for any event based on the nature of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
