The Meridian Room is a great space to host your next event! Tables and chairs are available as part of the hire package. The centre also boasts of modern kitchen facilities, access to fast reliable internet and access to beautiful green surroundings – right next to Southern Park and opposite a playground. Standing Capacity – 60 Seated Capacity – 45 Fully fitted kitchen available (subject to availability) Wi-Fi Air conditioning Mobility access Natural lighting Toilets (Mobility Accessible) On-site staff Deposit: A £150 deposit is required to secure this venue. Please note that this is taken separately to the Peerspace payment and all payment must be made in advance. Just drop us a message if you'd like to enquire! Kitchen is available for hire alongside the room (subject to availability) - £100 security deposit. £48 weekdays (£52 weekends) - £25 cleaning (£30 cleaning fee on weekends)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
