Cleaning Process We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for every guest. • The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each booking, including all high-touch surfaces, floors, and shared spaces. • We use disinfectant cleaning products approved for use in residential and production settings. • The space is well-ventilated, and windows can be opened during your booking. • If your production involves multiple people or extended hours, we can provide additional cleaning supplies on site. We ask that all guests reset the space to its original layout and remove any trash at the end of the booking. If you’d like to add a cleaning fee for productions with large crews or high traffic, we’re happy to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
