Our newly remodeled office building is the perfect place to host your next meeting in San Diego. The close proximity to the San Diego International Airport is perfect for one day meetings where the whole team needs to be in person. We offer discounts for multiple day meetings and are flexible with pricing. Conference room tables can be arrange to meet your needs. Seating for up 20 people. WIFI, Large Screen Monitor with Blue Tooth Connection, overhead speaker and Webcam available if needed. Rent for the day or per the hour. $200/hour for up to 20 people $1400 per day

Leave conference space in clean and orderly manner. Bag all trash. Any overflow trash or recycling needs to be placed in the trash and recycle bins located in the north part of the parking lot.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
